As a Creator, you will be responsible for managing the content creation process—from ideation and production to publication—including creating tickets as per the content calendar and reviewing submissions according to agreed standards. Responsibilities: Manage the content creation process from concept to publication across various platforms Create, edit, and optimize engaging visual and video content for social media and digital channels Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice Review and approve submissions according to agreed quality standards Ensure all content—written, visual, and video—meets brand guidelines and delivers high production value Stay updated on social media and video editing trends, incorporating new techniques into content strategy Utilize content management systems, video editing software, and social media scheduling tools to streamline workflow Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective content delivery Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, editing, and publishing for social media platforms Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Experience creating short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form video content Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics Knowledge of social media best practices, platform-specific video formats, and engagement strategies Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities If you are a creative storyteller with strong video editing skills and a passion for producing high-quality, engaging content, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
