Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent aligned with the organization’s needs and culture.
  • Provide critical support to the Talent Acquisition team, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate on strategic recruitment projects, contribute to process improvements, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analytics.
  • Assist in facilitating candidate interviews and assessments, including scheduling and preparing materials for interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to workforce planning strategies, including market research and talent mapping.
  • Participate in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Help ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and professional interactions.
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or related HR support roles.
  • Technical recruitment background with experience hiring for specialized or technical roles.
  • Exposure to international recruitment, particularly in the APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, data analysis, and candidate engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support talent acquisition strategies.
  • Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and the latest recruitment technologies.
