Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Provide market insights and recruitment data to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and practices. Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Talent Acquisition should have: A background in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering quality hires.
