  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and practices.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Talent Acquisition should have:

  • A background in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
