Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is dynamic and passionate about skincare & beauty, with experience in Retail, Beauty/Skincare, and E-commerce in the Philippines. This full-time, on-site role in Metro Manila focuses on delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage employer branding and stakeholder relationships to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate interviews and advise hiring managers on evaluation processes.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and promote openings on our careers page and social platforms.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality) to optimize processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a top global brand in retail, skincare/beauty, or e-commerce.
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build rapport with top talent.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to adapt to a startup environment.
  • Experience in Retail/Beauty/E-commerce is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.
