Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with account managers to identify client technical and business requirements through online or onsite meeting.
  • Design end-to-end integrated solutions across multiple technologies (e.g., cybersecurity, networking, servers, storage, software platforms).
  • Prepare and deliver solution design, technical presentations, and demonstrations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Create detailed bills of materials (BoMs), technical diagrams, and architecture documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate and optimize proposed architectures.
  • Attend government pre-bid conference meeting and compliance checking of the tender's terms of reference.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in the creation of proposals and SOWs (Statements of Work).
  • Conduct site assessments or technical workshops to gather solution design inputs.
  • Stay up to date with vendor technologies and integration methodologies by attending workshops and training sessions.
  • Support smooth handover of solutions to deployment team and post-sales delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a presales, systems engineering, or IT consulting role—ideally within a systems integration, reseller, or distribution environment.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, networking, virtualization, and/or cloud technologies.
  • Experience with solution architecture involving multiple vendors and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to write clear, professional technical documents and proposals.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Technical certifications from major vendors (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Sophos, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure, Dell EMC).
  • Experience with vertical-specific solutions (e.g., government, healthcare, finance).
  • Familiarity with ITIL or project management methodologies.
