We are seeking a UniFi Pre-Sales Solution Engineer based in the Philippines to engage with enterprise customers, system integrators, MSPs, and channel partners. You will help architect scalable network, ProAV, VoIP, NAS, and Physical Security deployments across verticals such as education, hospitality, retail, and corporate IT.
As the pioneering pre-sales engineer for Ubiquiti in the Philippines, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and market penetration. Collaborating with the sales team, you'll lead regional engineering initiatives, participate in customer visits, and deliver impactful presentations and webinars tailored to local markets.
This position blends technical consulting, partner enablement, and brand awareness to drive UniFi adoption nationwide.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical solution designs, proposals, and pre-sales consultations.
Deliver webinars, partner workshops, and POCs.
Collaborate with sales to design scalable deployments.
Strengthen brand visibility through partner and retail channels.
Provide technical feedback and market insights.Enterprise NetworkingStrong background in MC-LAG, Stacking, OSPF, BGP, and SD-WAN.
ProAV NetworkingFamiliarity with AV-over-IP, PTP, and multicast systems.
VoIPKnowledge of SIP, PBX, and enterprise voice systems.
NAS / StorageExperience with NAS, RAID, and data sharing protocols.
Physical SecurityKnowledge of UniFi Protect, CCTV/IP surveillance, and Access Control integration.
GeneralDegree in IT or Computer Engineering.
Excellent communication in English and Tagalog.
3+ years of enterprise IT or pre-sales experience.
Certifications (CCNP, CWNP, UEWA/UBWA) a plus.
