What you can expect in a Developer role: design and development of web-based services for our Ridiculously Awesome applications, with ownership and a focus on scalable solutions. You will perform application design, development and deployment following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong sense of ownership and build scalable applications.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions with documentation and flowcharts.
• Prepare and maintain code for various .NET applications and resolve defects.
• Utilize established development tools and conventions including .NET (Core 6, .NET Framework), SQL Server, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue, Angular), and C#.
• Design and develop web-based services and applications; work with QA to ensure high-quality, reliable software.
• Develop databases including queries, triggers and stored procedures; interact with customers to define features and requirements.
• Perform code reviews and provide corrections.
• Prepare technical documents according to project standards.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure timely delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET framework (ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API, OAuth, IIS, WCF), design patterns.
• Experience with AJAX, AngularJS, Backbone.js, Knockout.js, ReactJS, Web Forms, ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, NHibernate.
• Strong understanding of OOP and coding skills; knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with popular web application frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, readable, maintainable code.
• Proficient with version control (Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of AWS cloud platform is a plus (not mandatory).
• Understanding of Agile - SCRUM methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of business requirements, design (UI and database).
• Ability to work independently and in a remote, global environment; strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT/Computer field.
