Overview

We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Product Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to create technical drawings and files according the customers specifications. They will have extreme attention to detail and will be accountable for ensuring technical files are ready for manufacturing handoff.

Programs: Solidworks, Rhino3D, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating and creating customer product prototypes to ensure efficiency and alignment with customer goals and timelines.
  • Work with manufacturing partners and engineering team to adjust technical drawings and packages according to feedback from sampling.
  • Collaborate with sales, manufacturing and engineering to keep projects completed on schedule.
  • Develop detailed documentation of conceptual designs, including technical specifications, test reports, and production guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail in technical design and documentation.
  • Refine components and assemblies to meet brand partner and manufacturing specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and international supply chain partners
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably in footwear or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling CAD software
  • Skilled in Solidworks or other parametric software required
  • Knowledge of Rhino3D
  • Design for manufacturability experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer requests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document details clearly across language barriers
