Overview IT Delivery and Execution Manager at HR TechX Corp. Location: Makati City (Onsite) Work Schedule: Compressed workweek Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM-6:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Compensation: Up to 220,000 monthly Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects: planning, resource allocation, implementation, testing, and handover. Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation (charters, timelines, reports). Track risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability. Supervise internal IT delivery teams and collaborate with business units to align technology initiatives with operational needs. Serve as main point of contact between technical teams, business sponsors, and external vendors. Oversee system implementation, integration, and service transition activities. Ensure IT services meet agreed SLAs and comply with governance, data privacy, and security standards. Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices (Agile, ITIL, or hybrid delivery models). Manage external vendors and service providers; negotiate contracts and track performance. Optimize use of internal and outsourced resources to support project and service goals. Prepare and present regular updates on project and service delivery performance to IT leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project or service delivery management, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or large enterprise environments. Strong understanding of systems implementation, infrastructure, and application management. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with vendors and managing multiple concurrent projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
