UI/UX Delivery Lead (Join the MITDC Red Carpet) Manulife IT Delivery Center is looking for a UI/UX Delivery Lead. This role will be processed further during our exclusive Red Carpet event. As the UX/UI Lead for the MITDC design team, you will execute high-quality design across digital products, adapt regional strategies to local needs, ensure user-centered scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Position Responsibilities: Lead the design team to deliver user-centered solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to help colleagues grow professionally. Manage design resources across multiple projects, balancing priorities and timelines. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support successful product delivery, define problem statements, validate assumptions, and translate insights into actionable design strategies. Solve complex business and user challenges through design thinking, systems thinking, and data-informed decision making. Ensure design outputs reflect the company’s brand identity. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, CX, and service design teams. Champion innovation, encouraging smart risks and new ideas. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Factors, or related discipline. At least 3 years of experience leading design teams. At least 10 years of dedicated UX design experience. Strong expertise in design principles and systems thinking. Proficient in designing complex digital solutions across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. Capable of overseeing delivery of qualified design outputs that reflect business value. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Are you interested?
