AREA RESTAURANT MANAGER (OPERATIONS) - MAKATI AREA RESTAURANT MANAGER (OPERATIONS) - MAKATI

We are looking for an energetic and driven Restaurant Area Manager to lead and oversee our Restaurant Managers across multiple locations. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in the details (“nitty gritty”), can grind through daily operations, and at the same time strategize and author long-term initiatives for growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings both operational discipline and creative problem-solving to ensure excellence in food, service, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers to achieve business goals and operational standards.
  • Act as the central point of accountability for restaurant performance across assigned branches.
  • Ensure alignment of daily operations with company vision, policies, and brand standards.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory, supply chain, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and minimize wastage.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational discipline.
  • Strategic & Analytical
  • Author strategies and implement initiatives to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop kitchen-side reporting systems and monitor performance metrics for improvement.
  • Identify operational challenges and provide quick, practical solutions.
  • Work closely with executive leadership on business development, promotions, and innovation.
  • Facilitate strong communication across restaurant teams to maintain consistency and accountability.
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages productivity, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or area management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of kitchen operations and back-of-house processes.
  • Solid track record in managing Restaurant Managers and leading large teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to balance operational “grind” with big-picture strategizing.
  • Energetic, hands-on leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
