GENERAL MANAGER

Qualifications
  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in the food industry (restaurant, food production, food & beverages, retail, or franchising).
  • Must have a track record of scaling multi-branch business.
  • Proven track record in P&L management, cost control, forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset – not just managing but helping grow the brands globally.
  • Aligns with our values, passion, innovation, and proudly Filipino excellence.
  • Expertise in health department audits, allergen protocols, and sanitation standards.
  • Inventory management (perishable goods, supply chain logistics).
  • Labor scheduling, payroll, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ability to inspire teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Rapid response to operational crises (e.g., supply shortages, equipment failure).
  • Clear coordination with staff, customers, and franchisee
  • Resolving complaints and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Willing to work in Marikina City
  • Can start ASAP
