Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Shift: Mid shift

Salary Range: Up to PHP 110,000

Responsibilities / Expectations
  • 3-5 years of experience in Java Spring Boot, AWS.
  • Candidate must have good hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST, MongoDB, DevOps technologies.
  • Operate as an individual contributor, actively participating in the design, development, and deployment of application features and responsible to complete all the assigned work on time.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Maintain documentation for code, processes, and configurations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven track record of leading software projects or mentoring junior developers.
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Candidate must have good hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST, MongoDB, DevOps technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Required Technical Skill Set
  • Java Spring Boot + ReactJS (ideally should not be more than 3-5 years) - A must-have skill/s.
  • ReactJS, Kubernetes & cloud are optional (good-to-have preferred qualifications).
