Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:

The Full Stack Developer III will design, develop, deploy and support applications based on EWA's Technology and business' policies/procedures, directives, and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Contributes to the project and support teams within the Software Development Lifecycle and IT Service Management process:

  • Design & Development
  • Technical specification documentation
  • System performance improvement
  • Incident & Problem Management
  • Change & Release Management
  • Test Management

Suggests new solutions and approaches to improve both the technology stack and business processes.

Coordinates with cross functional teams, that could consist of internal and external resources, for integration.

Oversees and guide junior team developers for their output and development.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  1. BSc/Ba in Computer Science / Engineering or any related field
  2. Must have at least 3-5 years experience and proficiency in the following technology:
  3. Angular / Angular JS
  4. Spring Framework (MVC, Security, Dependency Injection)
  5. Java Server Pages (JSP)
  6. Database (SQL, JDBC, JPA)
  7. Web Tech (HTML / CSS / Javascript)
  8. OWASP
  9. Github
  10. REST Services consumer and producer.
  11. Linux and Windows Server
  12. Nice to have
  13. CMS
  14. Mobile application development
  15. Very good verbal and written communication skills; capable of interacting professionally with a diverse group ranging from executives, managers and subject matter experts.
  16. Good problem-solving skills
  17. Attention to details
  18. Familiarity with the Scrum framework
