Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Full-Stack Developer located in Taguig. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our software solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, writing clean and efficient code, conducting code reviews, and optimizing application performance. The role requires staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the high quality and security of our products.

Technical Requirements

  • Backend: Laravel 12 (latest version), PHP 8.3+, Spatie Multi-tenancy package, MySQL, Laravel Reverb for real-time communications
  • Frontend: React 18+ with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Infrastructure & Tools: Docker, Git, AWS services integration (e.g., ECS, S3), 3rd party API integrations (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Backend Expertise (Laravel): 4+ years of Laravel development; Eloquent ORM, service containers and dependency injection, queue jobs and background processing, mail system and notifications
  • Multi-Tenancy Architecture: experience with multi-tenant apps, tenant isolation and data segregation, context switching between landlord and tenant databases, Spatie Multi-tenancy (preferred), subdomain-based tenant identification
