Description: We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to take full ownership of a critical WordPress-based system that supports millions of users, from backend infrastructure to frontend finesse. While WordPress will be your first big focus, this role sits within our full stack engineering team. You’ll also get to work with tools like React , .NET , and cloud-native systems. It’s fast-paced, collaborative, and packed with opportunities to innovate. This role is based onsite in Taguig, Manila, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Own the full lifecycle of a mission-critical WordPress build, from architecture to deployment
  • Develop and maintain frontend/backend features across WordPress, React, and .NET
  • Build custom WordPress themes and plugins with pixel-perfect UI and UX
  • Optimize performance, caching, and infrastructure (nginx, CDN, etc.)
  • Create scalable, testable, and maintainable code across the stack
  • Investigate bugs, resolve production issues, and prevent them from coming back
  • Write documentation, share knowledge, and contribute to code reviews
  • Work closely with Design, Product, and Marketing to ship high-impact features
  • Improve engineering practices and help us build a best-in-class dev culture

Skills and Experiences

  • 5+ years of deep WordPress development experience (custom themes, plugins, scaling)
  • Strong frontend skills with a sharp eye for design and user experience
  • Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs and building custom backend solutions
  • Solid understanding of WordPress infrastructure, caching, and hosting setup
  • Hands-on with CI/CD and deployment workflows
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort with full autonomy
  • Agile, adaptable, and capable of switching between systems when needed
  • Collaborative team player with clear communication and attention to detail

Extra points if you have:

  • Experience with React/Next.js
  • Familiarity with .NET or C#
  • Experience in Financial Services, Trading, or Banking
  • Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, Lambda, EC2, etc.)
