Job Title: Full-Stack Developer
Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Work hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.) (Some flexibility can be provided but strong overlap with U.S. business hours required)
About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with proven success delivering full production builds end-to-end. This is not an entry-level or learning-focused role—candidates must be able to ramp up quickly with minimal hand-holding and contribute to MVP-style product builds where speed, iteration, and flexibility are critical. You will work closely with the team’s technical lead, in a fast-moving development environment.
Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver production-ready, full-stack web applications end-to-end
  • Collaborate with the technical lead and team to iterate quickly on MVP builds
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
  • Maintain and deploy production-grade codebases
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for scalable web apps
Minimum Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of production experience with the following stack:
    • Next.js
    • Tailwind CSS, plus one or more component/UI libraries
    • Supabase
    • REST APIs
    • PostgreSQL
    • Git
  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining production-grade applications
  • Deep understanding of full-stack web application architecture
  • Experience with at least one form of state management
Preferred Experience
  • Redux
  • GraphQL
  • Familiarity with Untitled UI component library
Nice to Have
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Backend development experience (e.g., Node.js, Flask)
