WHAT this role means for you:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Full Stack Developer
who's excited about building products that feel fast, seamless, and a joy to use. In this role, you'll work across the stack: designing APIs, optimizing databases, and crafting clean, intuitive interfaces that bring ideas to life. You'll partner closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create experiences that are not only functional, but delightful.

You're a match if you:

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Django and Django REST Framework.
  • Design and implement secure, efficient, and scalable database structures using PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across the full stack.

Profile Wishlist:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Full stack development.
  • Proficient in React/Next/TS.
  • Strong backend development skills, including API integration and server-side scripting.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and user experience best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with AI Integration, AI tools, n8n, Make.
  • Experience in state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, Jotai, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Willingness to work on-site daily at our BGC office and collaborate in person with the team.

Things We'd Be Extra Excited About:

  • Familiarity with Heroku/Aws/Coolify.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
  • Familiarity with tracking and instrumentation (Posthog, sentry, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Vercel.
