Sales Engineer – Food & Beverage Processing Equipment Location: PhilippinesEmployment Type: Full-timeDepartment: Sales / Engineering About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. This role bridges technical knowledge and commercial acumen — responsible for promoting and selling process plant and equipment solutions to clients in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry . You will work closely with customers to understand their production needs, recommend suitable equipment or systems, and support them from proposal to installation. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering professional with strong communication skills and a passion for both technology and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Food and Beverage processing sector. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and client visits. Present and demonstrate equipment solutions that meet customer technical and operational needs. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design proposals, quotations, and layout plans. Manage the entire sales cycle — from inquiry, proposal, negotiation, and order closing to delivery coordination. Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of F&B processing technologies, industry trends, and competitors. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field preferred). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or technical support, preferably within the Food and Beverage processing equipment industry. Strong understanding of processing systems, automation, and production flow in food plants. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written). Proven ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients and partners. Customer‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
