Overall Objectives Achieve sales targets in the territory while operating within the confines of company policies and promotional programs. Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend action plans to ensure achievement of sales. Key Responsibilities Corporate Take a lead in delivering customer satisfaction– Monitor defined metrics, to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve Sales and Margin Targets – Refer to Plan. Guide application engineers, to ensure delivery of selections quotations, products, services and after-market support deliver customer satisfaction. Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term rapport with customers. Track quotations and anticipate customer requirements, to assist OTM forecast process, ensure available stocks. Maintain and grow customer base. Implement and maintain policies and procedures in CCAC Quality Management System. Provides feedback and suggestions to the functional heads for improvements on the working conditions of the team. Adhere with EH&S and ethics policies Operational Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with representatives from other departments. Attend Monthly Sales Meeting Regular monitoring of Sales pipeline with scheduled Monthly Governance Review. Monthly Monitoring of Win & Loss projects Participate in monthly performance and sales review Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other functions that may be required to ensure business continuity. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Passed the Licensure Examination as applicable At least 3 years related work experience on the same position Personal Attributes Relevant to Position Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Process-based Approach, Market Knowledge, Risk-based Thinking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
