The Recruitment Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure timely and high-quality hiring that meets organizational needs. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, managing sourcing channels, leading the recruitment team, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with the company’s culture and values. Job Description 1. Strategic Recruitment Planning Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s manpower plans and business goals. Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and build a proactive talent pipeline. 2. Talent Sourcing and Selection Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for all positions. Manage relationships with job boards, universities, and recruitment agencies. Ensure effective use of digital platforms and social media for employer branding and talent attraction. 3. Team Leadership and Process Management Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the recruitment team. Standardize recruitment processes and continuously improve workflows for efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment laws. 4. Recruitment Analytics and Reporting Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous process improvement. 5. Employer Branding and Partnerships Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s employer brand. Build and maintain partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks. Represent the company in job fairs and other recruitment events. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. Work Experience Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Certifications/Licenses Certifications relevant to talent acquisition or HR (e.g., recruitment, assessment, or HR management) are an advantage. Soft Skills High attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Creative, forward-thinking, and collaborative mindset with a drive to innovate and make an impact.
