Overview

Customer Service Executive roles in Manila, Pasig City, Taguig and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
  • Procurement and material planning support, including processing PO requests, reviewing pricing/Incoterms, monitoring shipments, verifying documents, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Assist treasury with Records of Goods Imported (RGI) for trade imports and close unused purchase requisitions weekly.
  • Provide assistance to salespersons and department managers by monitoring MRP parameters, updating forecasts, generating stock age reports, and maintaining accurate SAP forecasting data.
  • Prepare, transmit, and monitor invoices; coordinate with collections to resolve billing concerns and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Maintain SAP MRP/SD/MM modules; perform SAP UAT and participate as PIC for regional SAP procurement initiatives.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels, resolve routine issues, document interactions, and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Maintain positive and professional customer interactions; support product/solution knowledge and assist in demand forecasting and order management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Customs Administration or related field; 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or customer service in supply chain/manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience in leading or supervising teams; SAP (SD/MM) and MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; ability to work shifts or on-site as required.
  • Location requirements may include Manila, Pasig, Taguig or nearby areas; health and life insurance benefits may be part of packages.
