Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers and partners—ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements and commercial objectives.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle: initiation, execution, amendments/variations, monitoring performance, renewals and terminations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project management, procurement, finance, legal) to ensure contracts reflect commercial, legal and operational interests.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and document control: track key terms, obligations, deadlines, extensions and renewals.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance—identify non‑performance, disputes, claims or risks and propose corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline; professional certification in contract management is desirable.
  • Proven experience (3‑5+ years) in contract administration/management, preferably in construction, marine, manufacturing or infrastructure industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms & conditions, risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills; competent with Microsoft Office and familiarity with contract management systems.
  • Ability to work with multiple contracts simultaneously, manage deadlines and collaborate across functions (legal, procurement, finance, project management).

Working Conditions
  • Normal office hours/day shift (Monday to Friday) with primarily office‑based work; occasional site visits or meetings with suppliers/subcontractors/clients.
  • May involve pressure around contract close‑outs, renewals or claims, requiring attention to deadlines and responsiveness.
  • Frequent interaction with multiple departments and external parties (vendors, clients, legal advisors), requiring coordination and communication skills.
