In this fulltime role, you will oversee the company's financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and statements. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic growth and direction of our real estate development business.
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, statements, and analyses for management and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to the accounting team, promoting professional development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting management role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Proven track record of managing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Thorough understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards and taxation regulations
