Position Junior HR Executive Location: Quezon City Employment Type: Permanent Base pay range: Provided by Stemz Healthcare based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more. Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and people-friendly Junior HR SPOC to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as the first point of contact for employee-related queries at our Quezon office. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of HR experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic, healthcare-focused organization. Key Responsibilities Act as the local HR contact for employees and managers on general HR queries and procedures Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and induction sessions Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and basic payroll support Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training coordination Coordinate with corporate HR for policy communication and implementation at the local level Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies Prepare basic HR reports such as headcount, attendance, and turnover Help in scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment efforts as needed Facilitate exit formalities and conduct basic exit interviews Support in processing employee benefits and address related queries Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with internship experience may also be considered) Familiarity with local labor laws is an advantage Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Ability to handle confidential information with discretion What We Offer A collaborative and supportive team culture Exposure to full-spectrum HR functions Opportunities for learning and career growth within a reputed healthcare organization Seniority level: Executive Industries: Hospitals and Health Care Job function: Human Resources Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Stemz Healthcare by 2x Please share your CV on #J-18808-Ljbffr
