Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in human resources and HRIS/HCM applications. Experience in learning and performance management technologies, ATS, and TLM program administration is a plus. Proven track record as a Project Manager handling large, complex projects in a high‑tech environment. Strong knowledge of HR/HCM domains s uch as HR Compliance, Payroll, HR systems integration, Talent Management, and Organization Development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with clients. Experience working in a PEO environment is an advantage. Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Skilled in project planning, data collection, and performance analysis using Excel or other reporting tools. Certifications/Licenses PHR/SHRM-CP or higher preferred. Project Management certification preferred. Your Daily Tasks Implement all applicable HCM products successfully. Contribute to the execution of specific products, from definition and planning through production, testing, release, and end‑of‑life. Meet with prospects and current clients to provide demos, ensure the product meets their needs, and gather feedback for future versions. Determine client needs by asking questions and gathering information on their philosophy about HCM applications. Document requirements and create project timelines for successful implementation. Communicate the plan, roles, constraints, milestones, and critical paths to all relevant parties. Maintain project documentation within CRM/project management tools to ensure accurate status reporting for department heads, including BRD, meeting minutes, agendas, scope amendments, and key customer communication archives. Correct deviations from plans as necessary. Ensure that all projects are executed properly, maintaining customer satisfaction while achieving desired outcomes in cost, quality, and delivery timeframes. Other Duties Ensure clients are billed for implementation fees and any monthly usage fees. Serve as the first point of contact with the Help Desk regarding user issues and requests. Stay informed of developments in the field by engaging in professional development activities. Travel to attend meetings, workshops, and conferences as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
