Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at The Reef Island Resort, located in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing sales team goals. Additional responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities for the resort, organizing sales campaigns, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication with key stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development Excellent skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Communication Ability to prepare and analyze Sales Reports, Forecasts, and Market Trends Proficiency in team leadership, training, and mentoring sales teams Willingness to work on-site with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Hospitality or resort industry experience is a significant advantage Proficient in relevant CRM software and productivity tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
