
Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal service delivery.
- Provide market feedback and contribute to product development.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
- Manage client accounts, develop sales strategies, provide support to sales teams, and build strong relationships with clients.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, sales support, sales training, and help desk operations. Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Excellent communicator, persuasive, innovative thinker, and a relationship builder.
