What are you going to do?
As National Sales & Service Manager at GEA Westfalia Separators Philippines, you'll develop and execute comprehensive sales and service strategies to achieve revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll lead a talented team, identify market opportunities, establish performance metrics, and collaborate across departments to align business objectives.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve revenue targets across product lines
- Lead the national sales and service team including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business channels
- Establish performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets for sales and service operations
- Collaborate with marketing to align go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns
- Implement customer service initiatives focused on improving client satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights for product and service improvements

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, Master's degree advantageous
- Licensed Engineer or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience planning and implementing successful sales strategies
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and local language
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
- Background in industrial equipment sales or technical services preferred
