POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (MANAGER LEVEL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Organizational Development

  • Design and implement organizational development programs that support employee growth and development.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to address skill gaps.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, team building, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.

HR Strategy

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 5 - 7 Years of experience in Recruitment and Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and organizational development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City
