What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Engineering, and other technical roles. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver top-quality candidates. Source, screen, and shortlist technical professionals using various tools and strategies. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients throughout the hiring process. Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS consistently. Support different clients — from global companies. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (agency, RPO, or in-house). Strong understanding of IT and/or engineering roles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Willing to work full-time and adapt to different time zones (local or international). Reliable internet connection and remote-ready setup.
