- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Traditional Marketing:
- Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Product Launches:
- Coordinate product launches, including creating marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure successful product introductions.
- Public Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular budget updates.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the food or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the food kiosk industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
