  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Brand Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong brand image that resonates with the target audience.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Traditional Marketing:
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Product Launches:
  • Coordinate product launches, including creating marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Public Relations:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Monitor expenses and provide regular budget updates.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the food or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of the food kiosk industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
