Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong PR and networking skills

  • Knowledge of construction and design (industry-specific)

  • Creative, innovative, and analytical mindset
