ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the development and execution of brand strategies to ensure brand growth, market share increase, and alignment with the overall company objectives. This role requires a strategic leader who can work cross-functionally with various teams, oversee marketing campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across all channels. Brand Strategy & Planning Develop, execute, and continuously refine brand strategies that align with the company's overall vision. Define and maintain clear brand positioning, messaging, and tone that resonates with the target audience. Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Campaign Management & Execution Lead the creation and execution of integrated brand campaigns across various channels (digital, TV, print, OOH, social media, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design, execute, and measure campaigns. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met, adjusting strategies as needed. Brand Development & Consistency Oversee the development of brand assets such as logos, packaging, advertising, and promotional materials. Ensure all touchpoints—digital, retail, events—reflect the brand’s values and personality. Maintain and update the brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and departments. Market Research & Consumer Insights Conduct consumer research, brand health tracking, and competitive analysis to gather actionable insights. Use data to identify brand strengths and weaknesses, making data-driven decisions to improve brand performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the brand remains relevant and resonates with the target demographic. Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure brand initiatives are aligned and executed effectively. Coordinate with digital marketing, social media and content teams to create cohesive brand experiences across channels. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement. P&L Management & Budgeting Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing ROI. Track and report on brand performance, adjusting budgets and strategies as necessary. Ensure cost-efficient execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Product Lifecycle Management Oversee product launches and rebranding efforts, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand strategy. Collaborate with product teams to ensure brand alignment in new product development. Monitor product performance post-launch, making adjustments to the marketing mix as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field, with a proven track record in driving brand growth. Strong understanding of brand strategy, market segmentation, and consumer behavior. Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns from conception to execution. Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics. Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on long-term brand development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
