After scaling MCIM to a multi-million-dollar SaaS and leading it through a private-equity acquisition in 2022, he launched MCIM Labs, focused on next-generation AI products. He is known for blending technical vision with entrepreneurial rigor and design thinking to give organizations enhanced visibility into operations. Duties And Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and trustworthy Executive/Personal Assistant to provide professional and personal support to a founder operating across multiple companies, real-estate holdings, and a small private family office. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute efficiently in a remote environment. This role offers growth beyond traditional EA duties into a long-term strategic partner role. Responsibilities Executive & Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones; plan and coordinate detailed itineraries; book travel and prepare meeting briefs; track action items and deadlines. Communication & Information Management: Triage inboxes, draft responses, maintain structured documentation and directories; liaise with internal teams, investors, and external partners. Administrative, Financial, and Family Office Support: Light bookkeeping and admin tasks across real estate, investments, and family-office accounts; manage expenses and invoices; track renewals and compliance dates; coordinate with accountants and attorneys. Vendor, Project, and Property Coordination: Interact with contractors, solicit bids, oversee service quality; handle personal errands; support light project management and milestones. Research & Systems Support: Conduct comparative research; manage digital tools/workspaces; develop templates and propose process improvements. Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality in personal, financial, and business matters. Growth Path This role is designed with long-term potential.
