Events Program & Sponsorship Manager Location: Metro Manila (Hybrid) We are hiring an Events Program & Sponsorship Manager to oversee full event operations from planning, organizing, promotions, partnerships, and sponsorship acquisition. This hybrid role combines event management, client coordination, sponsor negotiation, and marketing support. Responsibilities Plan and organize business seminars, workshops, and special events. Handle full coordination with speakers, trainers, venues, and suppliers. Secure sponsors, partnerships, and event supporters. Prepare sponsorship proposals and presentations. Manage event marketing promotions (social media, email campaigns, online ads). Oversee event registrations, payments, and participant coordination. Coordinate event logistics, venue setup, and on‑site execution. Prepare post‑event reports and sponsor documentation. Qualifications At least 1‑2 years of experience in events management (seminars, conferences, trainings, workshops) or sponsorship acquisition. Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to secure sponsors and partnerships. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Canva, and Zoom. Experience with social media promotions and basic email marketing is an advantage. Able to work independently and start immediately.
