Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels across all locations and ensure appropriate product allocation to meet sales and demand forecasts. Analyze sales trends and historical data to support allocation and purchasing decisions. Collaborate with buyers and planners to execute allocation strategies in line with business objectives. Communicate with suppliers to track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain and update purchase orders, allocation schedules, and related documentation in inventory and ERP systems. Work with logistics and warehouse teams to manage stock transfers and optimize supply chain processes. Prepare and present reports on stock movements, allocation performance, and purchase order statuses. Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice matching, and supplier correspondence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or any business-related field. An experience in allocation, purchasing, or inventory management is an advantage (but not required). Strong analytical and numerical skills with a good understanding of supply chain principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory or ERP systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
