Treasury & Procurement Head (senior position) is responsible for managing strategic budgeting, sourcing management and financial planning to ensure cost efficiency and sustainability for the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Procurement Leadership Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and sustainability targets. Oversee supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management using data-driven insights. Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality, compliance, and ESG standards. Treasury Oversight Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and short-term investments to ensure liquidity and financial agility. Monitor financial risks and implement hedging strategies where appropriate. Support capital allocation decisions that enable innovation and long-term growth. Budgeting & Forecasting Collaborate with finance to align procurement plans with budget forecasts and strategic priorities. Tracks spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities through predictive analytics. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial regulations, and ethical sourcing practices. Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, currency fluctuations, and geopolitical shifts. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead procurement and treasury teams with clear KPIs, coaching, and succession planning. Engage internal stakeholders to align sourcing and treasury strategies with enterprise goals. Technology & Process Optimization Implement digital tools (e.g., AI-driven procurement, blockchain for supply chain transparency) to streamline operations. Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and cash management processes through automation and innovation. Future-Centric Role Champion digital transformation and sustainability across procurement and treasury functions. Anticipate emerging trends—such as decentralized finance, circular supply chains, and integrate them into strategic planning. Foster innovation by collaborating with startups, financial technology and global partners to future-proof financial and sourcing models. Essential Skills: Strategic & Financial - Cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, investment strategy, budgeting Procurement Expertise - Strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, contract management, spend analysis Leadership & Collaboration - Team leadership, stakeholder engagement, decision-making, change management Technology & Data - ERP systems (SAP), procurement platforms, financial modeling, analytics Governance & Ethics - Regulatory compliance, audit readiness, ethical sourcing, internal controls Future-Ready Capabilities - Sustainability integration, innovation adoption, adaptability, global awareness Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field or Finance with master's in business administration. At least 10 years' experience preferably in FMCG industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly collaborative and with great teamwork mindset.
