Responsibilities
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor, preferably in Financial Services or BPO.
  • Experience in discipline, performance management, motivation, and coaching.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and solve customer software issues related to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) and components.
  • Document issues and resolutions in an online ticketing system (evodesk) per SLA.
  • Coordinate with consultants, developers, managers, and vendors for product issues.
  • Contribute to knowledge base with KB articles, blog posts, release notes, and change documents.
  • Capture all support calls and track time spent.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) in helpdesk, consulting, or end-user role.
  • Strong functional expertise and business analysis skills in Dynamics.
  • Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction; experience with end-user training.
  • IT qualifications; flexible, hands-on attitude; ability to handle multiple clients and tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL, Jet Reports, PowerBI, Microsoft 365, and payroll concepts is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, attention to detail.

Salary: Php80,000.00 – Php100,000.00 per month
