Call Center Agent

Job Description: Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; resolve complaints and questions effectively.
  • Provide information about products and services; assist with orders and returns as needed.
  • Support customers to understand products and reservations; identify upsell opportunities where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with 7 months BPO Experience
  • College Undergraduate with at least 1 year BPO Experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
