Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; resolve complaints and questions effectively.
- Provide information about products and services; assist with orders and returns as needed.
- Support customers to understand products and reservations; identify upsell opportunities where appropriate.

Qualifications:
- College Graduate with 7 months BPO Experience
- College Undergraduate with at least 1 year BPO Experience

Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
