About the role

Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc' is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our local clients. This is a full-time role based in our Poblacion Makati City Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing customers' inquiries and resolving their issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our database
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Booking Appointments
  • Targeting sales

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
