About the role
Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc' is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our local clients. This is a full-time role based in our Poblacion Makati City Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing customers' inquiries and resolving their issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our database
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Booking Appointments
- Targeting sales
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
