Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Brief Summary: Customer service representative assist consumers with complaints and inquiries, as well as providing information and assistance over the phone.

Work Activities:

• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Process customer accounts and file documents
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer's data
• Assist customer's concern using different tools

Main Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• College Grad / Associate Grad
• Willing to work on site
• Good English Communication Skills

Compensation Information:

Perks and Benefits will be discussed during the hiring process

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule: Night shift

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, Performance bonus

Education: Junior High School (preferred)

Experience: Call Center Representative: 1 year (preferred)

Language: English (preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate: Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
