Customer Lifecycle Marketing - Senior Specialist SiteMinder Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview Customer Lifecycle Marketing - Senior Specialist role at SiteMinder. In this role, you’ll be supporting the Marketing Manager Operations and working closely with our Customer teams, Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to guide customers through activation activities, drive product adoption, and support retention through lifecycle programs. What You’ll Do Design and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns utilising in-app, email, and other channels to drive customer activation and retention, ensuring customers are onboarded and engaged with the product Manage the execution of multilingual lifecycle campaigns, including migrations and big product releases, across the globe, including content development, localisation and design briefing Collaborate with Customer teams, Product and Product Marketing to understand the unified SiteMinder customer experience for product releases, including complex segmentation and cohort analysis Manage cohort design and audience builds ensuring data integrity and accuracy Partner with Customer, Product, Content and Marketing teams to create targeted marketing and content to notify and support customers on releases and new capabilities, driving engagement across web, in-app messaging, emails, webinars, videos and more Monitor, iterate and report on campaigns by reviewing analytics, communications performance and product adoption data Measure campaign performance and conduct continuous optimisation Continuously learn about the customer, our data, martech, and implement learnings into future campaigns and tactics What You Have Marketing experience in SaaS or Tech with a passion for the customer Solid working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Intercom) and familiarity with AI tools and social channels Digital native who can leverage AI and new technology; self-starter and multitasker; comfortable managing multiple projects to completion Strong writing and creative skills to deliver high-quality campaign experiences End-to-end accountability for campaign development and execution across channels (email, in-app messaging, push, social, events, webinars) Collaborator who works well with multiple stakeholders to achieve great customer outcomes Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment while delivering quality results Experience in audience management, segmentation and cohort design Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Our Perks & Benefits Equity packages for you to be part of the SiteMinder journey Hybrid working model (in-office & from home) Mental health and well-being initiatives Generous parental leave policy (including secondary) Paid birthday, study and volunteering leave each year Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involved Investment in personal growth offering training for advancement When you apply, please tell us the pronouns you use and any adjustments you may need during the interview process.
