Role Summary

As a Lifecycle Automation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our data-driven marketing strategies. Reporting to the Lifecycle Automations Manager, you will use your technical and analytical skills to support marketing automation, improve workflows, and enhance multi-channel customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced platforms like Braze, Hightouch, and Snowflake, while developing skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Implementation:

  • Assist in implementing lifecycle marketing strategies using SQL queries and JavaScript-powered automations.
  • Support marketing automation workflows, taking on more responsibilities as your skills grow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with automation tools and integrations.

Data Analysis and Optimisation:

  • Use SQL to analyse customer data and create actionable insights for campaign optimisation.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
  • Contribute to A/B testing strategies and assist in measuring marketing performance.

Channel and Integration Management:

  • Maintain and optimise integrations for email, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing channels.
  • Support version control and documentation for technical marketing projects.

Collaboration and Compliance:

  • Work closely with internal teams, platform vendors, and external partners to implement marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international data privacy laws, such as the Spam Act.
What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Understanding of API integrations and JSON.

Professional Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or technical marketing roles.
  • Exposure to project management and A/B testing frameworks.
