- Achieve the specified revenue targets and objectives outlined in the business development strategy.
- Secure a defined number of new possible projects that can drive new clients, partnerships, or contracts within a designated timeframe.
- Successfully penetrate new markets or geographic regions to increase market share and presence.
- Maintain high levels of client/customer satisfaction, as evidenced by positive feedback, client retention rates, and repeat business.
- Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the business development team based on metrics such as sales performance, client acquisition, and goal attainment.
- Coordinates and addresses every concern that may arise from time to time.
- Ensures that all project deadlines vs output is documented, recorded, and coordinated with the Immediate Superior.
- Reports any irregularity to superior (if there's any), for appropriate action.
