Address employee grievances and disputes. Conduct investigations on HR-related concerns. C. Employee Engagement Organize engagement programs and events to enhance workplace culture. Implement feedback mechanisms to improve employee satisfaction. D. Compensation and Benefits Prepare job offers and employment contracts. Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits and labor laws. Address employee concerns related to benefits and remittances. E. Training and Development Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs. Evaluate and improve training initiatives. F. Supervision and Management Lead the HR team. Act as the primary HR contact for stakeholders. Collaborate with managers to address workforce challenges. G. Other Tasks Support senior management in HR-related initiatives.
