Together, we’re redefining the benchmarks of the BPO industry and helping businesses reach new heights. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting travel nurses for staffing agencies and will be confident managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with nurses, understanding client needs, and ensuring successful placements across various healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified travel nurses for open assignments. Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates. Manage the full recruitment process — from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding. Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure positive experiences and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing targets and client needs. Maintain accurate records and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Requirements Proven experience recruiting travel nurses for healthcare staffing agencies (minimum 2 years preferred). Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding hiring goals. Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
