Job Description:

  • Provide basic medical care and first aid to employees, ensuring health and safety in the workplace.
  • Maintain medical records and monitor compliance with occupational health standards.
  • Assist in health and wellness programs for employees.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse (Registered Nurse).
  • With experience in occupational health and safety is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in basic first aid and emergency care.
  • Preferably with background or interest in recruitment and HR functions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
