Join our team at TOP CAR SPECIALIST AND TRADING INC. as an Interpreter (Mandarin-English/Filipino) based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing seamless language interpretation between Mandarin, English, and Filipino, enabling effective communication and collaboration within our diverse organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret verbal conversations and written materials accurately between Mandarin, English and Filipino
  • Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and other business interactions by providing real-time interpretation services
  • Translate documents, correspondence, and other materials as required to support cross-cultural communication
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand context and nuances, delivering precise and culturally-appropriate interpretations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry terminology and professional development in the field of interpretation

What we're looking for
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Filipino, both spoken and written
  • Excellent interpreting and translation skills, with the ability to convey complex information accurately and effectively
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to bridge communication gaps
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar interpretation or translation role, preferably within a business or corporate environment
  • Certification or diploma in interpretation, translation, or a related field is preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
