Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate in the Philippines to strengthen RChilli’s client engagement and support initiatives. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy graduate (B.Tech/BCA) with an MBA in Marketing who wants to build a career in customer success. The role involves conducting product demos, managing customer communication, supporting onboarding, and working with HubSpot CRM to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of RChilli’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Act as a key communication link between RChilli and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
- Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
- Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
- Education: B.Tech or BCA with BSBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with eagerness to grow in the SaaS/HR Tech industry.
